I'm to the point of quiting due to harassment

This is not my main obviously.

CS can look into the reports I'm going to mention.

-I have been hounded by a player for about 3 months now.
-I will not post his name or server.
-The harassment has ranged from direct threats to my person with specific details as to where i live.
-He has berated my GF with the same treatment, going as far as to get her facebook and cellphone and harassing her from those as well.
-There have been about 15 GM tickets between the two of us every time he starts up.
-From these complaints this player has earned NO punishment.
- He has blasted our guild members including us non stop getting us branded as Ninjas, my GF as a @*@##, and me as a loser living in my moms basement(none of these are true btw)
-I've basically found that as long as I play the game I cannot be happy, and it's driving me to the point of quitting.
-I'm honestly pretty pissed at the GM staff for not taking this seriously, especially the direct threats.(he says he has friends at blizzard and this is why he gets away with it)
-The entire guild has been reporting the harassment as well as players that are not affiliated with us.
-My GF has to log in everyday to hear about how she's a @*@## from his friends.

I know, I know, just put him on ignore. But we've tried that, he makes alts and bombards us with them as well, which was also reported...

So I honestly want Blizzard to resolve this issue before I cancel my subscription.

I mean this guy gets reported at least 3 times a week and goes without any reprimand

some solutions that would actively work for me btw:
-Give him a suspension, let him know this behavior is unacceptable.
-Give me a free name change and server transfer.
-Give him any kind of serious warning


Sure these options are pretty out there, but the fact i've had to basically endure this for going on 4 months now is ridiculous when the GM staff could have simply hit him with a 3hour suspension and he would've gotten the point.
