As I understand it, hugglable Centaurs can usually be found in the same region as Huggle Monsters and the most elusive of creatures, the Snipe. If you search out those you should be set. :D

Actually, scientific testing has delineated a number of methodologies which are detrimental to peep integrity. Whether this diminishes standard peep evil levels is a different debate.
It may be worthwhile to seek out this peep research for oneself.
