Hi, I've been playing WoW for awhile now and as soon as I hit lvl 60 (month or so ago) I upgraded to the trial version of BC. Doing that allowed me to get to lvl 64 or so by then it had expired. I purchased BC shortly thereafter and having recently gotten to lvl 70, I decided to upgrade to another trial, this time for WoTLK. All was fine as I was doing random lich king dungeons until my xp filled up. The bar was maxed out(see subject title) and after killing a couple mobs my lvl i realized it wasn't moving and I wasn't dinging to lvl 71. I even turned in a quest for 20k or so xp and still no ding. I know I am on a trial and all that but why would I be able to lvl past cap with BC trial, but not with wotlk trial? Any help would be much appreciated.

As the other posters have mentioned, Lulzraptor, you will be unable to level to 71 until you have upgraded to the full version of Wrath of the Lich King. Your experience bar will remain 1 point away from 71, as this will still allow you to play the character should you choose not to upgrade. Additonally, when the trial expires, you will retain all of the gear and experience you earned, but you will be unable to venture to Northrend or play any Death Knight characters until the full version is applied to your account.
