Can we still use our saved points? Everytime I try to get the Landro loot box it errors out.

Is this site closing now that Upperdeck has nothing to do with the cards anymore?

I am unaware of any changes to the current redemption system, Fleshmaggot. You may want to contact UDE regarding this particular error if you're receiving it when attempting to redeem something from their points store as they should be able to offer more insight in regards to any changes on their website.

At what stage of the process are you having this issue? Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the dilemma a bit!

Ah. As I thought. Sadly, this is on UDE's point redemption store. I'm afraid that this is not an issue we are able to assist with directly; however, you may want to try e-mailing UDE once more to see if they are able to provide any additional assistance.

I'll keep my ear to the ground and do my best to let you know of any updates I hear along the way, though!
