ICC 10% Buff Horde Only?

Went in to ICC on Alliance saw only 5% buff had friend check on horde side and they have the 10%.

also on a side note Horde has Wintergrasp and its lock in progress with no combat or Queue available?
is this a new buff to help the horde? lol

This has been sent onto our developers for investigation, it was sent up when first reported.

I don't have any further information or an ETA at this time. They are aware and looking into the cause.

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Hey folks, I just hopped onto Bladefist, and both the Alliance and Horde characters I checked were displaying the correct 10% buff (up from 5%). Is the appropriate value now displaying for you all, too?
