Unreadabale 60 day WoW Prepaid Card.

I'm posting in a trial account.

I just recently bought a 60 day WoW prepaid card and it is unreadable. There is no one to blame but me. I might have over scratched it with a coin. So now some parts are blackened and the numbers or codes are gone. Is there no other way to reclaim this code? Maybe I can post some necessary information about this card? I can post a picture of the card and the receipt if I must, but not on this forum.

I already sent an email to blizz but just to be sure maybe I should post here too.
