I think Shandiee shed the most light on this issue. If you are getting that odd error, it could be any number of things, e-mail in use, something like the sqa typed wrong, or just the web browser not properly transferring the info to our end. If clearing cookies and temp files or using a different browser doesn't help, you can try using a different computer, and if it comes down to it, call the Billing department directly to have them update the e-mail over the phone. I am sorry to hear the issue is persisting for you but I know it can be resolved by a Billing phone rep if all else fails.
