Droid mobile authenticator

My friend is letting me use his account to write this.

I have a Droid Mobile Authenticator, my phone recently died and i took it to the Tmoblie store and got it replaced, only problem was that my old phone had an Authenticator and now i cant log into my account... So, how would one get his account back?

You will need to call our Billing Department to request to have the Authenticator removed from your account, Zomgitswill. They can be reached during normal business hours using one of the following numbers:
