I'm a little confused, Kellisara. From what I can see you originally owned the
[Cudgel of Furious Justice]. You submitted a petition on the 30th and asked by name for the
[Hammer of Purified Flame] instead.
I don't see that you ever owned the Two-Hand Mace, the
[Lightborn Spire]. Also the petition I show currently in queue is regarding Emblem purchases. I'm not certain we'll be able to assist with those as there is a refund option available but your petition will be looked into and a decision made.
As for the quest item, I would recommend that you look up the available items and make a final determination as to what you want. Your petition should include a specific request making sure to name which item you have and which item you would like to exchange it for.
If we are able to grant the request to swap quest reward items again we may not be able to make another one regarding the same matter. Quest reward decisions shape your character and although we try to help when an error is made we are not a universal "oops" button.
