Vanilla Mastercard Problems.

So, Friday i go out and buy a Vanilla Prepaid Mastercard to transfer a Character and to buy 1 month of time, the Transfer is successful, i buy my friend 5 bucks of gas for drivin me home, and i buy 1 month to start recurring today, i try to log in and my account is out of time.. so i go check it out. The Mastercard was apparently being charged 25.37 For a 14.99 1 Month. So now i can't play my account. Wondering if anyone knew why or has had the same issues, Please help, kinda bored x[
