Paid Character Transfer never ending pending?

I have been trying to transfer since tuesday. A few friends have put in their transfers and it worked in under an hour, but in my case I have been in the queue for as long as 40 hours. I foolishly cancelled twice now, but I am wondering what is going on. I've never had a transfer take this long and the system itself does not appear to be messed up judging by the success of others.

Deth, it looks like we've tried to help you repeatedly on this. I cannot answer why any of your other requests may not have gone through - the current one....which looks to be one we attempted to get through for you is probably hanging due to mail. I see a brewmaster email that just came through - that one is automatic and triggered by the first of the month.

I know you must be getting weary of these not going through. I've two recommendations that you could try.

One, try to call Billing again and tell them this has again hung (in this case likely because of that mail in your inbox). I only recommend this due to the nature of this last transfer.

Two, you could cancel this yourself, log into the character, claim that mail (and actually - if you need that brew for the achievement - I'd recommend this), and try this again.

Twidd, you case is also sitting in an error status, but it's not so simple and I'm not seeing any immediate cause.

Yours may need more technical assistance - I'm just not seeing any of the usual suspects here.

You may want to give Billing a call back and inquire if there was perhaps some complication on your credit card causing this to fail.

This has errored out, I'm not entirely certain why in this case. I see no mail in your inbox, no auctions, no guild, no arena teams.

If this is some type of payment complication, I won't be able to see that from the records I have.

You too may wish to contact Billing on this to see if they can offer more assistance on exactly why this isn't seeming to want to go through.

Interesting, I'm still seeing that Brewmaster mail listed in your inbox. Are you certain it was that email - looks like the brew is still attached as well.

Truly a puzzlement.

I've had that mail removed. You can cancel this and try again, or recontact Billing if you'd prefer.

That issue, at least, shouldn't interfere now.

I'm not seeing any mail, Helyanwë, but this is sitting here with an Error. You can cancel that. I'm a little hesitant to tell you to try this again without seeing an immediate cause, but you certainly can if you like.

The one you started on 3/30 isn't going to go forward.

That one has an error, I'd recommend canceling it and then logging into the character. Check your mail, zone, logout and see if you can re-initiate the transfer. Looks like a Faction Change just went through today on another character, but this realm transfer has errored out.
