All parents need to read this!

As you can see I am on the Nordrassil server. We on the horde side have a problem and his/her name is [Removed]. This person has been[Removed] in trade chat for quite some time and bothing has been done , multiple reports and such have had no effect (by many people not just myself).

Anyway my reason for this post is that my now 8 year old son was plying WoW the other day and he asked me "[Removed]?" I asked him where he heard this and he told me [Removed]asked. I scrolled up in chat and sure enough there it was. I wish I would have screenshotted it but I logged him off without thinking , now he asks me about it sometimes and all I can tell him is its bad.

Again multiple reports and nothing.

I have said in chat "Look I dont pay 15 per month to put up with this." and have been told "For $15 you can leave trade [Removed]Wow huh.

Alot of people tell him to shut up and such but they are fueling the fire but its gone way to far now.

And to anyone who has had a similar problem post here , you dont need to go into details but we should come together and get scumbags like this off the game the same we would to get them off the street. I was going to post this under realm but thought other servers may have the same or worse things going on.

I mean gold buying/selling is bannable , botting the same , so why not this?

And to anyone who bashing this post whatever is all I have to say. If you condone this then maybe you are one of the scumbags who need to go as well or maybe you break the rules as well. Honestly I dont care. But youll be the ones here saying "OMG I got an item stolen , or this guys botting my mining nodes!" and I will laugh cause its all the same in breaking the rules its just now it involves you.

Anyway this issue needs to be resolved before it gets worse than it already is. And yes I know when you get this many people on a game (or anything) theres scum but Blizzard can take care of it , that is the other part of our fee right?

I am done now but anyone feel free to post any concerns you have and maybe we will get some results.

BTW to alliance on Nordrassil If there is a guy doing it on your side he has an ally alt as well.

Penalties are based on the severity of the violation, Haggred. You simply can not compare exploitation with someone being inappropriate in a public channel. Our goal is to educate our players and allow them to correct their behavior when that behavior is proven to be against our Terms of Use.

I must state, Haggred, looking into a few of your petitions, though we appreciate your concern not all of what you have reported could be considered in violation of our policies.

Though solicitation as you described very well could be a violation of our policies and on verified occurrences appropriate actions will be taken but simply asking about a girls facebook or other social networking site isn't necessary a violation.

Posting isn't necessary and won't result in actions taken. Only petitions submitted in-game or by writing [email protected] will be able to be appropriately investigated. Please note that not all annoyances may be considered a violation of our Terms of Use.

Now, this is not the place for such a debate. Haggred, if you see something that you believe to be a violation of our Terms of Use, submit an in-game petition. Please familiarize yourself with our policies though, our goal is to eliminate most inappropriate topics, but this game is rated T for Teen, not PG or pre-teen.

Baconeater, please watch the context of your trade channel chat. It is a good idea to also review our policies, the internet provides people with a certain amount of anonymity but that doesn't mean you may act consequence free. Accounts can and will receive appropriate actions when reported and violations are verified. Those actions add up and can result in the suspension or even closure of an account.
