If the issue is with a specific realm or character we may be able to provide advice but overall it seems the matter is a technical issue. Regardless, Overshade, if you wish to speak with a Game Master you are welcome to submit an in-game petition or write to [email protected]. If you need to speak with a Technical Support agent you should use one of the listed methods of contact (i.e. phone or e-mail) from the first post in the Tech Support forum.
Those of us who work in the forums attempt to address what threads we can but we are simply unable to get to each thread nor are we required to. These forums are primarily for players to discuss the game with other players. If we are able to provide commentary on a particular issue we will do so without the need of prompting and without commentary regarding what we are addressing.
