Region help?

I've been trying to call billing for two days, and the wait is very long.

"The account you're trying to login with is not allowed into this region."
I've seen it unless 20 times at battlent.
How can I reset my game without logging into battle.net?

Now I'm waiting for help to log in again.

It sounds like you are attempting to log into the wrong region, Speciall. May I ask which region you play from?

Also, have you downloaded a new World of Warcraft client recently?
