Hackers in whisper in game

I just received a whisper on my toon in game telling me blizzard was going to shut down my game in an hour....do NOT reply, at this point it isn't worth playing WoW any more for fear of hacking my acct and now its in game????!!!!!! wtf blizzard... i know my acct is clean i talked to a customer service rep about my email i received yesterday....DO NOT REPLY TO THAT WHISPER!!!!!!!!!

The in-game whisper you received was not sent by a Blizzard representative. Instead, it was sent by a malicious party (likely from a character on an already-compromised account) in attempt to "phish you," or lure you to a site capable of gleaning account-specific information. You were to remain cautious, BÃ¼bbles. Should you ever receive such a message in the future, though, go ahead and right-click the author's name and select the "Report Spam" option. This will automatically file a report and place all characters on the author's account on ignore for the duration of your login session. :)
