The reason being, is that I created the account long ago, several years, and now have forgotten the answers to these questions. Just today, my account had been stolen and given back, and could not for the life of me remember the answers. I have just a few moments ago recieved my account back and am unsure if whatever has taken my account is still there(I had done an entire computer Free AVG Scan, but had found nothing).

If I can't change the questions, then well, i'm pretty stuck.

Q u o t e:
With Battle.net you can.

Its one of the advantages the system has over the old one.

For clarification, when you create a new Battle.net account, you get to set up a new Secret Question and Answer. When you merge the World of Warcraft account into it, you then stop using the old one for World of Warcraft, and start using the Battle.net one. Once the Battle.net one has been set up though, it can not be changed. A good step of extra security though is the fact you use e-mail addresses for Battle.net login names. If someone ever figures it out, you can easily change the registered e-mail, thus changing the login name and keeping that other person from attempting to login :)
