Call wait times

I do apologize for the frustration experienced as a result of the long wait to speak with a member of our Billing department, Norenn. That said, if you are on hold now, you are close to being helped by a representative. Just stay on the line and they will get to you as quickly as possible.

In the mean time, if an Authenticator has been added to your account without your permission, likely this means the account has been compromised. As stated in our Account Compromise Info Center thread:
