Question about new RAF mount before i buy.

No, Lethalock, my understanding of the new the X-53 Touring Rocket is that it is a flying mount only and can only be used in areas where flying mounts are allowed. You can, however have a friend ride along with you. :0)

If you truly desire the X-53 Touring Rocket, and are currently eligible to redeem a mount, I would advise keeping a hold on it for a while, Belarr. Alternatively, for anyone that has a Zhevra mount reward which they are able to redeem now, and would rather than as a reward, I would suggest redeeming it sooner rather than later.

That is the nature of those forums, though, Lethalock. I assure you that those forums are read. In fact Kisirani, a World Designer (Dev), took the time to stop by and assure all of the posters here on the CSF of that fact. Her posts can be seen here:

I would imagine that this will be similar to when this current iteration of the RaF promotional program was introduced; you will keep the benefits that you were already eligible for-and have redeemed, but you will not receive the newly introduced items unless you take advantage of another RaF process.

E.g. I referred myself so that I could use the 3x xp buff while multiboxing. I never paid for any months on my second account, so I never got the free month or mount. My accounts are no longer linked. If I paid for two months on my previously referred account now, I wouldn't be able to get a mount, would I?

You should be able to receive any subscription based benefits, Zayr. Meaning you should be able to receive the mount (when you decide to do this will determine which mount you are eligible for) if you decide to give the recruited account two months of paid billing cycles – even though the RaF link has come to an end.
