Dumondeh, as the others indicated it sounds like the e-mail you received was a phishing attempt. You can learn more about those and how to recognize them by visiting the following linkk.

If I had to guess, based on what I can see, it seems that your account was accessed after you stopped playing it. They likely acquired your account name and password either through a phishing scam or a keylogger or other malicious program. After you stopped playing they most likely used the account which eventually got it caught and closed.
Now, all is not lost, we very well may be able to help you recover your account and have the closure overturned. We simply need to launch an investigation into what happened and variety that you were not responsible for any Terms of Use violations that may have taken place.
Step one, contact our Billing and Account services department. If you can verify that you are the registered user on the account we should be able to help you.
