Inbox says full but inbox is empty

i just started a brand new account and my fiance sent me some mail with some items and when i finally got the icon that said i have mail i went to check it and my inbox was empty but at the same time it was saying it was full. also my account still says its a trial account even tho i upgraded

Did you upgrade your account online, Dezdimona? If so, it's important to note that when an account is upgraded digitally, some temporary trial restrictions will remain in place until payment is finalized. These restrictions include, but are not limited to:

    - Inability to trade via the auction house, mailbox, or player-to-player.
    - In-Game public chat channels will be unavailable. (Players will still be able to communicate using say, party, or whispers).
    - Characters will be unable to create or join existing guilds.



As your fellow players have noted, payment should finalize within 72 hours of the digital upgrade. In the meantime, though, level and profession skill caps will be removed. :)
