Due to struggles in the guild, on or around 1-10-2010, I /gdisbanded Blood Oath. This guild was on the terrokar realm. This guild possessed a 5 tab bank with approximately 16K gold and 50% full of items of various types.
The Issue: (Due to the time span of this, dates are approximate, I assume GM records will clarify any discrepancy)
Upon disbanding I was of the understanding bank contents would be mailed to me. In this understanding I did not empty the bank. After 5 days I had received nothing and so I opened a ticket.
The first ticket opened was met with a GM chat telling me that i simply needed to wait a while longer. Ticket closed....some time passed, 2 weeks I beleive.
Second ticket was opened. This ticket also resulted in a GM chat. The GM informed me that he was sorry and would escalate to a recovery team member ASAP. 2 days later I recieved in my mail several items that had been stolen from our GBank when the account containing the character VOKOO of terokkar was compromised. Waited some more time, nothing.
Opened a 3rd ticket. This ticket was met with an offline response saying that the items were already restored and mailed to my alt thuddbutt. These were the 6-7 items returned as of the previous ticket.
I immediately opened a 4th ticket. This ticket was also responded to offline stating that there was a problem preventing the restore of my items.
I opened another ticket, frustrated at this point I specifically requested a personal response so that I could properly explain the issue and get this worked out. I got an offline response to this ticket as well stating that there was basically no course of action.
It is now March 31, 2010. For almost 3 months I have been battling this issue and am frustrated, upset, and feeling extremely poorly served by the GM staff, as this issue has played out.
Please advise as to what can be done here to satisfy this problem. As a long time paying blizzard customer, I do not feel that good customer service is too much to ask in this situation.
