Unable to loot Cache of Eregos

On March 29th, 7:39 EST I killed Eregos of the Oculus in a random pickup group through the random dungeon finder in the Vindication battlegroup (on this warrior, Phine). I received my two extra triumph badges for the kill because it was my fourth random dungeon of the day.

After killing the boss, some party members flew to the Cache and looted it. The loot was rolled on and distributed. One by one, members opened the box for their Cache of the Ley Guardian and dropped the group. When it was my turn to loot the box, no party members remained and I received a message telling me that someone else was using the box. As a result, I was unable to loot my Cache of the Ley Guardian.

No problem, right? I submit a GM ticket and logged out of the game for a while.

I returned several hours later to find the GM's reply. The GM insisted that I had not queue'd in a random dungeon finder group, which I am absolutely sure is incorrect.

I am not sure where to go from here. I have submitted a new in-game ticket and am hoping for a more satisfactory investigation of my issue. If anyone else has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

I see your petition is being looked into as we speak, Phine. I chatted with the Game Master on your case, I think there may have been a bit of confusion over timeframe here - and possibly which raid. Thank you for putting that detail here, I didn't notice it in any of your 3 petitions, they were going on 'best guess' based on petition time :)
