Beta Club Member once again getting blown off

We bought the WoW edition M1730 Dell which came with all kinds of bonus features. One of them was membership in the "Beta Club", which was supposed to guarantee access to the betas of the next several Blizzard betas. Despite contact Blizzard a number of different ways, we were screwed out of a beta invite to Wrath. Now Starcraft has been in Beta for some time and STILL no invite.

Does a person need to file a lawsuit to get Blizzard to honor its promises?

I apologize if there is any confusion surrounding the Beta Club promotion, Windhorn. Upon investigating both World of Warcraft accounts that are currently tied to the Battle.net account you are posting from, I've been unable to confirm that a Beta Club code was ever registered to either of these accounts.

If you believe that you did indeed register that code to one of these accounts, then I recommend that you contact our Billing and Account Services department by phone with your Beta Club code in hand so that we may investigate this matter further.

Additionally, please note that the Beta Club codes that were distributed with those laptops are specifically for Future World of Warcraft beta. Therefore, even if your code has been successfully registered, it would not guarantee you access to the current StarCraft II Beta.

Once again, I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the Beta Club, but I hope that this help add some clarity to the matter.
