My friend is planning on doing recruit a friend with me because of this new rocket and he has never played and keeps hearing me talking about it, I was wondering if when he purchases the game, does the free 30 days from upgrading his account count for the reward, or would we have to upgrade his account and buy a game card us to both get the free month and for me to get the mount.

The program only lasts 90 days, Maelren. I suspect you'd be far outside that window for things like the leveling component.

You should be eligible for the mount if he subscribed and it hasn't been claimed.
