Q u o t e:
Ok thank you for the blue note but can you at least check my friend's account? see if you can help out in anyway? guildies are noticing that his toons are currently posting on trade channel on the purchase of primadorial saronite and seems like trading them to a lvl one orc warrior bookz. Can you please look into this? The hacker is continuously rotating among my friend's toon. thank you
The damage is likely already done, and promptly reported - most damages can usually be reversed.
Your friend's first priority needs to be security and getting back into control of his account.
We really need to hear from him to know this has been done or this WILL happen again. If you could pass the information below onto him, it should be most of what he needs to know.

If an account has been merged to a Battle.net, or if an email has been changed, or an authenticator added to the account (not the player's own) one of your first stops is going to be Billing. They need to get those sorted out first so the rest of the processes can continue.

Now, it's very very important to figure out where the security breach occurred. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back. That, unfortunately, you can count on.
These two stickies should prove helpful.
