Account disabled for no reason?

Today I woke up to find my account had been disabled due to it apparently being compromised. Now, I have no idea if its been compromised, but I doubt it, has I still have full access to my battle.net account. I'm pretty sure my computer has no keyloggers, as I spent all day yesterday getting rid of them, and the various scans I've done this morning have turned up nothing.

Can someone check out if my account has actually been compromised?

I'm posting this on my other account seeing as the other one is currently disabled. The account that is disabled is the account that is linked to the battle.net that this account is also linked with.

Q u o t e:
The thing is, I never lost access. I just logged back in after a 6 hr period of being logged off to find everything gone. The only things I did were submit a ticket, and then when I asked what were the essential things to include because there is limited space, a GM on the forums suggested I send an email so that I can get everything in that I need to say. I was very clear that I currently had a ticket open at the same time. I should probably have closed the ticket after sending the email, which is my mistake.

There was a reason, Zayr. I do see your response here, it's awaiting review.

Your first petition was reporting something missing and you said you were 'hacked', we proceeded accordingly. You then had a subsequent petition with other details and this was sent to review.

At that time it was determined we needed to know that you had things under control on your end. Given the pattern I'm seeing here - are you sure ALL systems that have ever logged into this account have been checked?

Hopefully they'll get to your response soon, but in the meantime, you might want to browse this page as well.

There is pretty significant evidence here your system isn't the only one involved, Zayr.

Did you read over that page I linked you?

At this point, I'd start with an email, Zayr.

You can mail [email protected] - you are going to need more room I suspect than a petition is going to provide.

Mention briefly your last two petitions and try to make a succinct list of what you still feel is missing.

Make sure to note you do NOT think this is a new compromise or things are liable to start all over again.

Focus on what is still missing.

As to your security, this could be things other than malware - phishes and social engineering rank right up there. Could be your email has been compromised. If you reuse the same pass/ID anywhere else, could be someone you know that knows you well enough to have guessed it or another place like a website has been compromised. It's not terribly uncommon for players to use that same information on guild websites to login - and if that website gets compromised, well - then they have your information.
