Random Authenticator Code on my account!

Hey was playing wow yesterday fine, i try log in today an there is an Authenticator Code on my account witch i did not put on it!

I have used my secret question etc to change my password an i have been to wow armory an most of my chars gear is missing...so this all points to me being hacked!

Ive tryed to contact blizzard by phone an its not working probably because i live in New Zealand so ive sent them an email!

There anything i can do in the mean time?

If an authenticator has been added to your account (not by you) that means someone else did it. This means they needed your login info to get in and add it. Your best course of action may be to secure your computer to ensure they did not get your login information from something malicious on your computer.

While you can request it be removed via e-mail or phone, you can also send in the Terms of Use form regarding Authenticator deactivation.
