I'm getting an error in the website while claiming my Zhevra mount from the recruit-a-friend system. Please help.

What browser are you using. Chrome and Safari sometimes don't play very nicely with our forms.

Also, what message comes up - and where exactly are you running into it when trying to claim - presuming you still wish to.
