Unfortunately, given the nature of the conversion thus far I must lock this thread.
This is not the place to voice opinions on what is or is not considered a racist remark. Focus on the question at hand which is "Do Game Masters care about racism?".
Absolutely, Zephah, if we didn't there wouldn't be a section covering racial/ethnic chat in our Terms of Use. These issues are not nearly as cut and dry as one would assume though, we consider the severity of what was said as well as what previous actions are on the account. Our goal is not simply to close the account of whomever uses language not suitable for this game but to educate our players that such behavior is not welcome here. If they continue with such behavior they put their account at risk.

http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20221 Now, I have to assume you have an alternate account that you must be submitting these petitions on reporting this behavior, Zephah, not only do I see no prior action suspending you for 3 days but I am unable to find any reports of an inappropriate guild name outside of one submitted and addressed 11 days ago.
If you find a name, guild name or chat behavior that you believe violates our Terms of Use, Zephah, please report it. Make sure you include all relevant information and one of our Guild Masters will investigate the matter and take what actions are appropriate. Though we will be unable to provide information regarding another account if you believe that no action was taken regarding your report you are always welcome to write to our feedback address. Those reports go directly to their supervisor for review.
