Realm BG Instance and Latency Issues

I could use your help guys.

We're aware of and investigating issues affecting Draenor's instances and battlegrounds. We're also investigating the reports of latency that we've received.

I'd like to have a clearer idea of what might be occurring on other realms as well. If you can post the realm you're experiencing an issue on, as well as the battlegroup (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/pvp/battlegrounds/battlegroups/) your realm belongs to, that will help me ensure that the appropriate parties haven't missed anything.
