Faction Change

Okay, I initiated a faction change for Vsi on Ravenholdt. She is currently Alliance going to Horde. I have not logged into her at all since I initiated the faction change but she is capable of logging in. Has an error occurred?

Please let me know if the faction change is going through properly.

I can see the character is currently undergoing the Faction Change process, Nanol. I would leave the character alone until it is ready to be logged into. You should be able to view what the transaction status is on the Faction Change status page: (https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/faction-change-transactions.html).
