Blizzard=Worst Customer Service

I'm writing this message because I am simply fed up with Blizzard. Blizzard has, without doubt, the poorest customer service of any multi-million dollar company I have ever dealt with.

I have been trying to contact the billing dept. through phone for THREE days and have yet to get through. I also sent an email and have yet to get a response. I even had to post this thread through a friends account because it wouldn't let me do it through mine since my only character is locked or something.

My problem is when I upgraded my trial account, i purchased the game from the store. Then when i entered the cd key i pressed new game instead of upgrade trial account and now I cannot play with my character from my trial account, even though its in the same battle.net account.

At first I thought it would be an easy mistake to fix but I was very mistaken. Because of this, I will never purchase or play another blizzard game. It has been such a poor experience for me dealing with everything. What most supprised me is the fact that Blizzard brings in over 150 million dollars a month alone in subscription fees and they can't even offer decent customer service. I know my playing or paying is an insignificant loss to the company, but this is a great way to lose business, one extremely dissatisfied customer at a time.
