If you lose your authenticator...

I just attached an authenticator. I am nervous if something happens to my iphone and I am unable to access my authenticator. The battle.net faq says:

"What happens if I lose my mobile phone after activating the Battle.net Mobile Authenticator?

Please contact Blizzard Customer Support if your phone is ever lost or stolen so that we can take appropriate action."

Can someone tell me what serial numbers or other info I will need to prove my account and get it running quickly again? Thanks!

Those can sometimes be helpful, but aren't normally necessary.
