No-wait kick will be abused, will Blizz care

Okay, so if the patch comes tomorrow and the vote-to-kick timer is removed I see a lot of griefing of sorts. I'm not alone in this as a few of us discussed it in vent, and I'm sure many more are thinking about it.

Here's what's going to happen.

1. Willy the Fury Warrior, Mike the Mage, and Harry the Hunger want to get in a quick random heroic, sadly the que for 3 dpsers will be like 15 minutes or more and they don't feel like they should have to wait.

2. So they que up and Willy checks the tank box and the group gets a near instantaneous group.

3. As soon as they enter the 3 of them vote kick the unknown dps, and they all reque as dps this time. As we know since their dungeon is "in progress" they get priority and get a tank in much less time.

Now it doesn't really matter what the healer thinks, he has to either go along with it or face the boot as well. Such is the power of having 3 voters in a 5-man group and I can see a lot of bad things coming from this.

Of course this has been happening to a lesser extent now, with plate dps queing as a tank and then informing the group that they aren't a tank and will in fact wait it out until one of them drops so they can reque as dps. But with the new insta-kick feature this is too easily abused by a group of friends or guildies.

I think we all know this is going to happen, the big question is what can and/or will Blizzard do to stop this?

P.S. Two of my toons are primarily tanks and two healers so I don't think I'll be victimized by this much if ever. Truthfully if it happens when I'm on my healer I hope I have the will to just tell them to F-off and drop group, but that won't even bother them as they'll just replace me as well.
