Are you certain you are attempting to log into the correct location, Darkcellist? The account you listed is a US/North American based account.

You may want to try clearing your browsers cookies and cache and reloading it. You could also try an alternate browser (i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer try Firefox or vice versa).

That shouldn't cause an issue, no, but your brother shouldn't be accessing your account under any circumstance.

If you are entering the correct information I don't' know why you aren't able to log in.

What is the exact error you are receiving?

We're looking into it, Darkcellist, it appears there may be an issue with your account name.

The recommendations we have thus far is to try adding an extra "m" to your account name. accountname@emailprovider@comm. We aren't positive but that should allow you to log in and once you are able to do that we believe you'll be able to avoid future complications by changing your e-mail address to something else.

If that doesn't work we'll look into other possibilities, please let me know.
