Race change mistake

Hello, I was just attempting to race change this character to an orc, and bought the character re-customization (which says "change your character's appearance, optional name change included). Unfortunately, I did not see that the race change was an entirely different thing, and assumed it was part of the character re-customization. I have not used it yet, and do not plan on it, as it was not what I wanted. I e-mailed [email protected] describing my problem, but I don't think I'll hear from them for a little while. Basically, I was wondering if there was anything I can do, seeing as the character recustomization puts a 30 day cooldown on when the character can be changed again. Is a refund/removal of the purchase possible?

Normally, calling or e-mailing the Billing department is the best way to get this resolved. However, I can see that you have not used this service, and it was just purchased, so I have no qualms with removing the service and refunding the charge to your card. You should see the option to Re-Customize disappear in a little bit and you can race change, and the refunded amount should appear back on your card within several business days. It can take anywhere from 5 - 10 days, or even a bit longer, as we will need to wait for the charge to finalize on our end before we can begin sending a credit back, then that credit will need to process. It is a little bit of time, but you get your money back, and get to do what you want :)
