One hour hold time

I got a one hour hold time for customer service?

On what planet is this acceptable? I have one simple matter to have resolved because a blizz CS person emailed me and said I had to call in. Now I have to wait one freakin hour?

While I understand that this situation may be quite frustrating, Awaa, please mind the Code of Conduct (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/forum-coc.html?sid=1) while posting on these forums.

That said, our Billing department has been experiencing a very high volume of inquires as of late. I apologize if our current hold times have caused any inconvenience, and I assure you that we are taking several steps to try to bring these hold times down.

I'd be happy to help answer any general Billing questions for you, but if your inquiry requires assistance by phone, then I have to ask that you please patiently wait on hold for the next available representative.
