Please remove this authenticator blizzard

i have been trying to get this authenticator that a hacker put on my account removed. i contacted ya'll through e mail about this and they said they would look into this. well i got a e mail from yall saying to call.. Wht can't you guys just remove it? my parents wont call because they have no clue what I'm talking about. Just remove it please.

"Just removing" the Authenticator isn't an option, Biodoom. While we do very much want to provide assistance, it is necessary to take the appropriate steps to enact a change to your account.

It sounds like you've received appropriate instructions via email, and it's best that you follow those instructions and contact our Billing & Account Services department directly. If you are unable to call, you may be able to arrange for the removal of the Authenticator by emailing [email protected] with the appropriate information.
