Account can't log in problem, admin pliz help

I can't log in with my account into account management page and forum, (this is my friend's ID)
when I tried to log in it says: the account you are trying to log in with is not allowed into this region.
It used to work good until recently.
admin pliz help, pliz reply and then I shall pm you my email address for battle.net
calls to billing and account service never went through.... infinite waiting... :(

This issue will normally occur if multiple Battle.net accounts across different regions have been registered to the same e-mail address. If you believe that this may be the situation that you've encountered, Flyingud, then I suggest you contact our Billing and Account Services department by phone so that we may help you update the e-mail address that is currently registered to your Battle.net account to a new one.
