Too many attempts?

Hello, when I tried to upgrade my trial account from full to trial and entered the CD Key from my purchased retail box, it said I had too many attempts even though this was my frist time trying to upgrade it entering a CD key?

If you have not already done so, I suggest you first try clearing the cache and any temporary internet files from your browser, Vikz. It may even be a good idea to attempt the upgrade using a different browser entirely.
