Frost Emblems to Valor

WOW has a glitch where when turning in regular triumph emblems, a glitch can happen and all of a sudden all your Frost Emblems disappear and are turned into Valor emblems. What is worse is WOW will not give you back your Frost emblems even though it's their fault. I was trading Triumph emblems, two screens popped up and disappeared in a flash and all of a sudden all my emblems were gone and changed to something else. WOW tells me - OH Well suck it up. They have back-up tapes where they can see how many I had - how else can they return people's equipment? Why can't they return my emblems since it was THEIR FAULT!
