Just wondering with the WOW Installer you can get from the account management page when you choose Lich King and it's 7.4GB.

Is this the complete game with all updates ready to play?

You may have a few patches that need to be downloaded after using the online installer located in the Battle.net Account Manager, Cuttz, but it should be most of the data that you need:
