I'm currently trying to reactivate my account subscription, but can't until i change the parental controls play schedule. The current play schedule is set to '"all red". Because the account has been inactive for almost a year now, I've forgotten the password, and have also lost access to the email address associated with the account. What do i need to do in order to change my parental control email so i can receive the password reset email.
