Account suspended - what now?

*** posting this from my friends account as I cannot post from mine due to the ban ***


so this is the second time in 10 days that I have been banned for so called being a gold seller , the first time u guys resolved the issue and also gave me 48 hrs of extra game time and apologized for the wrong ban , but again I tried logging in and the same message gratz noob u have been banned again by blizzard who doesn't even check the person and just auto ban everyone who buys stuff from trade. I have been trying to get u guys through mail no response i think blizzard is not ready to admit its fault again , tried calling numerous times but lolololol , I think u guys should add like a trillion more agents as I have never been able to reach a agent .

if u guys are quick enough to reply I can post my account name for the banned account so u guys can resolve the issue

Though we do investigate these matters there are times when certain activities require immediate response to eliminate further damage to a realms economy.

I'm not certain I understand. We're not ready to admit that we may have made a mistake? We're human, mistakes happen. We try to avoid them whenever possible but I don't see why you would think that we'd intentionally ignore an e-mail to not recognize when one occurred.

Our Billing department would not be able to help in this regard. Only our Account Administration department which are only reachable by e-mail.

The In-Game Support department does not have jurisdiction over what penalties you may have received. I will be happy to take a look and see if I can help any though. Provide me the name and realm of a character on the account.

Nor can you apparently wait for 5 minutes, Eternaldruid. We address what threads we can when we can, trying to hurry a response is not an option.

Ramdev, did you check your e-mail lately? It looks like an e-mail was sent to you regarding this matter.

It seems it lists instructions for account recovery, if you can respond to that they will work on your case. I am very sorry for what frustration this may be causing you.

I couldn't say for certain, but these types of verifications are usually pretty quick.

Well, I certainly am sorry you are having such a time of this friend. If all your trades and dealings are above-board, we certainly don't want to be inconveniencing any legitimate player.

Sometimes the issue is if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck - 99.999999% of the time it IS a duck.

Rare individuals that are pursuing perfectly normal play that set off the 'waddle' detector, well - we do our very best for that not to happen.

As much of a devotee of the Auction House as you seem to be, I'm sure you can understand this.

I cannot review this myself, but I am having this looked into. I also cannot promise what the outcome will be, but if I get word back I'll certainly try to let you know.

If an account is suspended, it is also locked from posting, Eternal.

As to your account, looking at the access pattern, it appears you break the laws of physics on a regular basis :) While this may be fine, it can also indicate a compromised account.

That is part of this and contributory. You need to ask Account Administration review this at [email protected].

That is what you really need to converse with Account Administration about. It may take a little while for them to respond, but if you've sent in correspondence, they should be getting back to you.
