Can I use paypall to pay for a server xfer, a month subscription and WOTLK via the battle.net website?

This is correct. Also, please be aware that Paypal requires you to have a credit card linked to your Paypal account in order to set up a monthly World of Warcraft subscription. If you'd like to suggest that Paypal be accepted for paid services such as character transfers and account upgrades, please let us know by posting on the Suggestions Forum.
