Introducing: the CS Forum "Trainee!"

Greetings, all!

In an effort to give our new teammates a more immersive experience while training to be Customer Service Forum Representatives, we have created a brand new alias that I am sure you will all come to love. Moving forward, you will begin to see blue posts under the name of “Trainee.”

You may be asking yourself, “But Aredek, how do we know when there’s a new trainee?” Worry not! We’ll be sure to announce whenever we have a new trainee under wing.

Without further ado, please welcome our first "Trainee," also affectionately known as “Spreckling” or “Deckling!”

"Trainee" is a name that will be shared by many reps-in-training to come, Mourninglory. This simply marks the end of the "posting via proxy" era! :)
