How to get an old trial account name deleted

I used to have a trial account a while ago, but I abandoned it; when I decided to play wow for real, I did the RAF and joined that way. Now, I would like to create a certain name on a sever, but I see that my old account still has that name. I can't remember what email it is attached to.. is there any way to find out, or at least get the character delete? I'd love to keep the same name if possible. :) Thanks!

I will be unable to help you with the first situation, Cylarne. As stated above, that is an issue you will need to contact Billing & Account Services, they should be able to sort that out for you. The name that is taken up by one of your own trial account characters, though, is something I may be able to assist with; if the right conditions are met. Please give me the character name and realm, and I’ll let you know what I’m able to do. :0)
