Character stuck dead

My character (Makiel) is stuck dead in a pot of lava, and there is no way out to get to my body in the instance, or to a spirit guide. I have sent in a ticket last night, and a GM still hasn't replied to my issue. I'm wondering how long is the average wait time for a GM is? (i have already been waiting 12 hours.

Also can this issue be resolved when i'm offline? or do i have to stay logged in for my character to be revived

Ah, stuck dead in the lava… I’ve been there a few times.

However Makiel, I’m happy to note it seems your petition has been received and addressed by a member of our Game Master staff. Your character should be unstuck and out of the lava. Are you able to play the character normally now?
