I have an open ticket on my druid Chupacabra ( Dark Iron ) that said it would be serviced soon when i logged on at 7 eastern tonight. I have now been waiting for almost 6 hours to no avail. Any clue?

I'm not certain why it would indicate that it will be serviced soon, Heartrender. Given the current queue times your issue will likely not be addressed for another 24 hours. I am very sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Once they are able to get to your petition they will be see if they can confirm the drops.

Just to see, Heartrender, have you attempted to reset your User Interface to see if that will allow you to loot the mob? Is it just that one mob?
