Like the topic says it died suddenly today and no longer produces my six digit token number. So I can not log onto my account or into the game. Luckily it isn't required to log onto the forums.

Billing & Account Services should be able to replace your current Authenticator, Keraya. I'm sorry that you are locked out at this point, but they are also the ones you will have to talk to about getting the current Authenticator removed from your account. You should be able to contact Billing & Account Services via one of the following methods:
